The Following terms and conditions (“E-commerce T&Cs”) apply to any transaction concluded with a person or an entity through Jackson.ae (the person or entity is termed as “the Customer”). The Customer is required to read E-commerce T&Cs carefully before placing an order and print a copy for future reference. By registering at the Jackson.ae the Customer accepts and agrees to be bound by the E-commerce T&Cs of Jackson.ae which together shall constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Sellers.
The Sellers reserve the right to alter these E-commerce T&Cs from time to time.
References in this document to “the online store” refer to the online store at Jackson.ae operated by the Sellers.
If any of the E-commerce T&Cs shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that particular part of the E-commerce T&C’s shall be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining E-commerce T&Cs.
Jackson.ae is only able to take orders through the online store for delivery within the United Arab Emirates.
Jackson.ae validates the Customer’s order and credit or debit card details the Customer submits before the order can be accepted. Once the order is accepted, Jackson Trading will confirm that the order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the order form. The confirmation email brings into existence a legally binding agreement between the Company and the Customer.
Jackson.ae accepts all orders for products and services subject to availability and certain security checks.
Jackson.ae accepts payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment will be debited from the Customer’s account before the dispatch of the order. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer andjackson.ae. The Sellers will not be liable for any delays to the order, this may cause. If the issuer of the payment card refuses to authorize payment to the Sellers or the Customer fails the security checks, the Sellers will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
If online store products become temporarily unavailable, the Sellers shall hold the Customer’s order until the Sellers have the product back in stock and will then mail the product to the Customer in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable then the Sellers will seek to offer the Customer a suitable alternative or give a full refund.
The Sellers reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.
The Customer will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.
