Delivery

All orders will normally be dispatched within two working days of placing the order. Whilst the Sellers make every effort to deliver goods within committed timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. The Sellers shall not be liable for any delay that the Customer may suffer in this regard.

Delivery information such as the Customer’s Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.

The Sellers are authorized to share your personal information with third parties who are used to fulfill your order or satisfy our obligations to you.

Credit and Debit Card Security Assured

Jackson.ae uses the latest 64bit security encryption to protect the Customer’s personal information. When the Customer enters personal details in the checkout pages the Customers are in a secure web site. Jackson.ae or the Sellers will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Online Payment

Jackson.ae accepts payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in the required currencies. If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods, then the details on Customer ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.

Purchase Agreement Terms

The warranty for equipment (Inclusive of parts & labor) purchased through Jackson.ae typically lasts for one year, unless stated otherwise. Any cost related to carelessness in safeguarding the machine during the warranty will be charged to the customer. The consumables and ingredients to be used in the machines must be as specified by Jackson.ae.

Return Policy

The Customers will receive a full refund if the item received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website. If the item received is wrong or defective, the Customer can return the item (within 3 days after delivery) in the same condition as received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once the Sellers receive the returned item and above conditions are met, the refund will be processed immediately.

Shipping Policy

Jackson Trading Co. LLC works effortlessly to make sure your orders reach safely and quickly. Local deliveries are carried by either our own fleet or third-party delivery companies such as Aramex and DHL who ensure best service possible. Check out the shipping charges below:

The delivery is available in all regions of the United Arab Emirates. It usually takes 2-3 working days to process and deliver the order at your door. Any order placed after working hours shall be processed the following day. During the public holidays, there may be a delay in order processing and deliveries. Some circumstances may arise out of our control, which leads to deliveries not arriving within the estimated time. If your order is more than 2 business days late based on the above guidelines, please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order.

Return Guidelines:

If you are not satisfied with the product that you received, you can return the item by calling at +971 (0) 42977888 or by emailing our friendly team at info@jackson.ae . The returned item shall subject to the following conditions:

Jackson Trading co. LLC must authorize all returns before sending the item back to us.

Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, are faulty on arrival or you have simply an incorrect item in your order or it does not match the product description, we will help to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. We endeavour to replace or return the item within 3 business days of receiving your request.

Refund Guidelines:

We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:

The refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund in case of credit/debit card payment takes up to thirty (30) days. And if the refund is in cash, you will receive the refund within three (3) days.

NOTE: If you have cancelled your order before shipping and have paid by card, we will revert the amount to your credit/debit card within thirty (30) days.
